Terms of use
Last updated: 2026-11-04
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of Tron, offered by [not set up yet] ("we"), by the organisations that hold a licence and the people they give access ("you"). An individual contract with your organisation takes precedence over these terms.
2. Access
Your organisation decides who gets access and in which role. Keep your password, recovery codes and access tokens to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with them. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
A seat is for one person. Your organisation may give a seat to someone else when a person joins, leaves or changes their work, but seats must not be passed around in turns so that more people use Tron than the licence has seats. To check the licence, the server reports the number of people and of seat changes, never their names. If your organisation has more members than seats for 30 days, projects become read-only until the number fits.
3. Your content
Models, documents and results in your projects remain yours and your organisation's. They are used only to provide Tron and to keep it secure. Support sees a project only when it is invited to it.
4. Engineering responsibility
Tron and the AI agents connected to it are tools. They do not replace the judgement of a qualified engineer. Check models, analyses, design checks and agent proposals before you rely on them, in particular before they are used for construction or submitted to authorities.
5. Fair use
Do not use Tron for unlawful purposes, do not try to access data you have no right to, and do not disrupt the service or attempt to circumvent its limits and licences.
6. Availability and changes
We operate Tron with care and keep backups, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability unless agreed in a contract. We develop Tron further and may change features; we announce changes that reduce what your licence includes in good time.
7. Liability
As far as the law permits, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for indirect damage, lost profit and lost data is excluded to the same extent.
8. End
When your organisation's licence ends, projects can be viewed and downloaded for 30 days but not changed; after that they can no longer be opened. Your organisation should download what it needs in that time.
Your server and its data stay under your organisation's control, on your own infrastructure.
9. Law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the seat of the provider.
